The TBG Education Foundation exists to increase awareness of skilled construction trade career opportunities, promote long-term career viability and provide financial support through grants and scholarships.

Our Story
Founded in 2015, the TBG Education Foundation was established to address the growing workforce shortage in Minnesota’s construction industry. By working alongside industry partners, educators and organizations, the Foundation provides financial support through scholarships and grants while promoting awareness of the many career paths available in the trades.
Today, we continue to invest in the people and programs that will shape the future of the industry.
